- Serving as the Planning Section Chief in UK's Emergency Operations Center with experience in Crisis Management and Crisis Communications.
- Provide leadership and direct the Center for Disaster Recovery & Resilience's purpose to lessen the impact of adverse incidents to the University enterprise by developing strategic mitigation, recovery, and resilience initiatives.
- Serving as an elected Staff Senator for the past 7 years and previously served as chair of the President's Advisory Committee.
